Atom, 2011-2012 (Grey-Bruce Highlanders AAA Minor Hockey Association)

Despite the early hour, the boys seemed rested and eager to go.  The kids came out strong in the first period of their very first SCTA qualifier against the Niagara Northstars.

We started the season against the Oakville Rangers, and we finished the season against the Oakville Rangers.

The Highlanders headed to Guelph on Saturday to take on the Junior Storm.  With Talon between the pipes, his team mates came out ready to help defend their territory.

St. Catherines was the venue, and the Grey Bruce Highlanders were the opponents.The double header was played with 4 points up for grabs. Three Highlander teams were in the house. Lots of support for the players and team alike was notable,  as chants from the Highlanders brother teams echoed  the arena, and the GBH apparell could be spotted everywhere!

The boys started off a little slow in the first period sitting back andwatching Halton display their offensive talents.
