Minor PeeWee, 2008-2009 (Grey-Bruce Highlanders AAA Minor Hockey Association)

On Saturday, the Minor Peewees enjoyed a day of off ice activity. In taking advantage of an open weekend schedule, the team filled their afternoon and evening listening, learning and giving.

The Amtelecom/Jaekel Manufacturing Highlander Minor Peewee team played two league games this past weekend and came away with a win and a tie.

The Amtelecom/Jaekel Manufacturing Minor Peewees took one and lost one, in weekend play against Oakville and Niagara Falls.

The Minor Peewees travelled to Hamilton this past weekend to participate in the annual Tim Horton's tournament. Following a couple of weeks of tough competition, the team was looking forward to a weekend of bonding, and focus on becoming a more unified squad. They finished the tournament placing 2nd in their division, just short for advancement.

The Minor Peewees started their regular season play this past weekend, taking a 4-3 win from the hosts, the Burlington Eagles, and falling 8-3 to the Guelph Storm.
