Midget, 2013-2014 (Grey-Bruce Highlanders AAA Minor Hockey Association)

The Grey Bruce Highlanders Garb and Gear Midgets won 6 straight games this past weekend to win their SCTA League Championship. 

With an overall record of 27-10-4 and strong performances in both league and tournament play, the Garb and Gear AAA Midget Highlanders earned a late invitation to the Silverstick Midget AAA Finals in Sarnia this past weekend.  

The Warrilow’s Garb and Gear Grey Bruce (GB) AAA Midgets continued the tradition of Christmas-time tournaments when they participated in the Cogeco Golden Horseshoe tournament in Burlington over the holidays. 

Each Season various OMHA organizations host All–Star games to showcase some of their top prospects.  This past weekend four Grey Bruce Highlanders competed in the annual SCTA Midget All-Star game hosted this year by the Niagara Falls Rivermen.  

After going 7-2-0 in November, the Garb and Gear Midget Highlanders are now ranked 13th in a group of 56 Midget AAA teams in Ontario.
