Jake Weidner and Blake Forslund from the Douglas Cleaner Grey Bruce Highlanders AAA Midgets were selected as All-Stars for the SCTA team that will participate in a game between the SCTA and ETA in Burlington this January.
Jake Weidner, Blake Forslund and Andrew Haefling participated in the SCTA All-Star game this past weekend in Niagara Falls. This event splits the league into two divisions STA and CTA. The STA is made up of players from Niagara Falls, Welland, St Catherines, Hamilton and Burlington. The CTA is made up of player from Oakville, Brampton, Guelph, Halton Hills and Grey Bruce Highlanders. The game was very competive with the CTA winning 5-4. Blake Forslund had an assist on the game winning goal late in the third period.

Andrew Haefling was selected as one of two alternates for the STCA team.
