Two Point weekend for the Douglas Cleaners Grey Bruce Highlanders AAA Midgets
The Douglas Cleaner Highlander Midgets had a win and loss this weekend in SCTA action.
The win was against the Niagara Falls Canucks and loss against the league leading Burlington Eagles. On Saturday in Chesley, the Highlanders won 7-3 agaist the Canucks. The Highlanders goals were scored by Blake Forslund (3), Jeremy Hawke (2) Ryan Linthorne and Josh Sguigna. On Sunday, the Highlanders travelled to Burlington were they lost 6-3 to the Eagles. The Highlanders goals was scored by David Jones, Brett Woods and Blake Forslund. The goaltenders were Jay Walker vs.Burlington and Robbie Alsop vs. Niagara Falls.
