COACH ANNOUNCEMENT - U10/U11
The Grey Bruce Highlanders are pleased to announce the U10 and U11 Head Coaches for the 2024/25 season.

Tyler Rennie (U10)

Tyler joins us from Georgian Shores Minor Hockey where he is currently the U11 Rep Coach. Also, he has been involved with the Blue Thunder Spring Program and conducts hockey skills clinics for local players of all ages.  Tyler is in the final phase of his D1 Coaching Certification.  Tyler believes building the personal character of a player is as important as developing hockey skills.  This must be accomplished in an environment where young players are excited to come to the rink.  He looks forward to providing local players the opportunity to further develop their skills at the AAA level.

Brent Fisher (U11)

Brent is currently on the Coaching Staff with the Owen Sound Jr. Attack U10 Rep and the Owen Sound Ice Hawks U13C Teams.  Brent brings a unique view to Coaching as he was a Goalie playing up to Junior C. His knowledge of the game was broadened during his employment with the Owen Sound Attack in a variety of business and operation roles.  He is Coach 2 Certified and will be pursuing his D1 Certification prior to next season.  Brent believes that his role is to develop hockey players both on and off the ice and will encourage his Team to be involved in community volunteerism.  Brent welcomes the opportunity to work with local players at the U11 age group.
