CRG Energy has over 70 years of combined nuclear experience across a broad spectrum of nuclear skills, including expertise in Power Plant Operations and Documentation & Governance. It is recognized for its industry leading Training Services including Certification Training & Examinations. Since 2011, we have been providing Nuclear Training Services including Certification Training & Examinations in Canada’s Nuclear Training facilities. Our experience in the field includes: Training and Examination staff for the Authorization Training Program for Ontario Power Generation (OPG) at both the Pickering and Darlington sites since 2012. Preparation and implementation of new training (classroom lesson plans, Certification Course material training manuals, objectives, overheads, simulator lesson plans, simulator automated lesson plans, etc.) for Certification training and examinations, fully approved in passport; being used today and being further modified/approved, as necessary. The contractors in training are fully comfortable in the Systematic Approach To Training (SAT-based) training model. Delivery of the same, as above, to Initial Certification candidates (ANOs, CROs, CRSSs/SMs) who were successful in becoming certified and to those who have been successful in retaining certification. Examination of the same, as above, that has resulted in passing those candidates who have mastered the material and have a good grasp of the requirements and specifics of the ANO/CRO/CRSS/SM job, and as necessary, failing those who do not.
