Fitness Test 3
The date for Team Fitness Test #3 has been finalized.
Testing will take place on Friday August 18, 6:30-8:30 at Active Life Conditioning in Collingwood. Please arrive by 6:20 in proper workout gear, water and snack if needed.
Coach will send out a list of alternate dates for those unable to attend on the 18th.
All players must have final testing done.
