Yipeee...We are going to Norway!!!
Our
bags are packed and the excitement is building as we prepare to make our way to
the World Youth Olympics in Norway tomorrow!! We are constantly pinching
ourselves to make sure we are not dreaming! It is with deep gratitude that
we thank the Highlander Organization for their generous support to help make
this a reality for our family. We thought our Minor Midget hockey family was
pretty special, but it turns out that unique bond and chemistry extends
outwards in both directions, from the Atoms to the Major Midgets. The emotional
and monetary support we have received from the Grey Bruce Highlanders is beyond
anything we could have ever imagined and we are truly grateful.
There will be many firsts for Connor (plane ride etc) during this trip and because of you we can share these firsts with him. We can only hope that every player on Team Canada has had the positive experience we have had. We are proud to be part of the Grey Bruce Highlander family. GO CANADA GO!!
