    Still stinging from the morning loss, the Chapman's Ice Cream AAA Major Atoms came out flying and jumped into a 7-0 lead and limited the Rivermen to 1 shot in each of the first two periods.  The Rivermen would sneak two powerplay goals in the third as the Highlanders were caught taking some undisiplined penalties.
