Bantam, 2009-2010 (Grey-Bruce Highlanders AAA Minor Hockey Association)

The Kia of Owen Sound Grey Bruce Highlanders AAA Major Bantams played the Niagara Falls Thunder in their final game of the regular season on Sunday in Chesley.  The Kia Highlanders won the game 7-2.  The Highlanders were lead by Lauchlin Elder with 3 goals and singles went to Connor Patton, Tanner Mighton, Connor Musselman and Brooks Nelthorpe.  The Kia of Owen Sound AAA Highlander Bantams will compete in the SCTA final league tournament next weekend in Guelph.  The Highlanders will play Oakville and Hamilton on Friday and Burlington and St.Catherine's on Saturday.

The Kia of Owen Sound Grey Bruce Highlanders AAA Major Bantams travelled to Welland on Saturday and lost to the Tigers.  The Highlanders lost the game 2-0.     The Kia of Owen Sound Grey Bruce Highlanders AAA Major Bantams then played in St.Catherine's on Sunday and beat the Falcons.  The Highlanders won the game 3-2.  The Highlanders were lead by Tanner Bastien with a pair of goals (2) and Lauchlin Elder had a single.   

The Kia of Owen Sound Grey Bruce Highlanders AAA Major Bantams played a regular season game at their home rink in Chesley on Saturday and tied the Hamilton Bulldogs 2-2.  The Highlanders goals were scored by Lauchlin Elder and a Brandon Eagles.

The Kia of Owen Sound Grey Bruce Highlanders AAA Major Bantams travelled to St. Catherine's on Saturday and lost to the Falcons.  The Highlanders lost the game 5-1.  The Highlanders goal was scored by Zachary Coulter. 

The Kia of Owen Sound Grey Bruce Highlanders AAA Major Bantams played the Burlington Eagles in regular league action on the Saturday in Chesley.  The Kia Highlanders won the game 3-0.  The Highlanders goals were scored by Matt Cruickshank, Zachary Coulter and Lauchlin Elder.
