The Grey Bruce Highlanders are proud to announce their Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on May 26, 2025 at 8pm.

Registration
Members are required to register for the meeting electronically through the Registration link that will be on the website by May 5, 2025.
Members will be required to complete some information in order to confirm Membership Classification and to confirm if they will be the Voting Member for a family. Families are allowed 1 vote for each child rostered. Registration will close on May 21, 2025 and Members will be emailed the Zoom link for the AGM along with the Agenda by May 26th.
Board Positions
All Directors on the Board serve a 1 year term. The following Director positions are elected by the Membership at the AGM:
President; Vice President-Hockey Operations; Vice President- Administration; Secretary; Treasurer; Director-Communications; Director-Risk Management; Director-Governance; Director- At Large.
Nominations for these positions will be received up to May 21, 2025 All Nominees must complete a
Nomination Form requiring the nomination by 2 Members and to submit to the GBH email address.
Agenda Items
The GBH Constitution outlines the regular business items that will be presented at the AGM. In addition, Members may request additional items be added to the Agenda. Please forward requested items to the GBH email address.
