GBH to partner with Active Life Conditioning!
The Grey Bruce Highlanders are excited to announce that Active Life Conditioning of Colllingwood will be implementing fitness testing and exercise programming for all of our teams this off-season.

The Grey Bruce Highlanders are excited to announce that Active Life Conditioning of Colllingwood  will be implementing fitness testing and exercise programming for all of our teams this off-season.

Active Life is a training Center specializing in elite athlete training and support with complimentary services like Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, Massage, Athletic Therapy and Nutritional Consulting.  The  program will begin with team fitness testing Saturday, April 30 and Sunday, May 1   There is also potential to have a more indepth injury screen performed for anyone concerned with their alignment or a certain injury. Fitness testing will be followed by programming for athletes to follow individually or to get together and work on as a team or small group.  Online instruction and support will be included here.   There will be late spring and late summer reassessment sessions at Active Life.

The purpose of this program is to provide feedback to the athletes on their individual strengths and weaknesses and ways to improve upon these as an athlete while minimizing injury risk.

Active Life will also be providing fitness tips to help our teams with things like nutrition and injury prevention through these playoffs.
