Canisius (2-5-2) vs. Lake Superior State (8-3-1)

The Canisius College hockey team takes another break from Atlantic Hockey action with a pair of games against nationally-ranked Lake Superior State. The Griffs host the No. 12 Lakers of the CCHA on Saturday at 12:35 p.m. and Sunday at 3:05 p.m. at the Buffalo State Sports Arena.

Former Highlanders Braeden Rigney and Kevin Czuczman will be playing against each other in Buffalo this weekend.

Braeden and Kevin played four(4) years of Highlanders together (Minor Bantam to Major Midget) and played together last season in Newmarket for the Hurricanes in Tier II Junior A.

This year Braeden is a freshman forward for Canisius College and Kevin is freshman defenceman for Lake Superior State University.
