Bantam Golf Tournament was a great success!!
On Saturday, September 11, 2010, the Bantam team held a golf tournament at The Ferns Golf Resort to raise funds to support the various costs associated with AAA hockey.
These expenses range from referee costs, ice costs, time keeper costs and tournaments. The weather, course and dinner provided were all outstanding thanks to Mother Nature, Harold Elders and team from the Ferns, and Steven’s Bar BQ Restaurant in Markdale. A special thank you to the many businesses in the Grey Bruce area that donated silent auction prizes and to the 68 participants. It is through the generosity of these people and businesses that made this tournament a fun, memorable and successful event!!
