Midget Highlanders record goes to 22-8-5

A 6-1 road win on Saturday in Welland guarantees the Major Midget Grey-Bruce team a third place finish in the overall SCTA standings...

Location:   Welland

 

The Lakeview RV Centre Grey-Bruce Highlanders Major Midgets AAA defeated the Welland Tigers 6-1 in a SCTA (South Central AAA) regular season game played Saturday night in Welland.  With the win, Grey-Bruce clinched third place overall in the SCTA standings with one game remaining.  The Highlander Major Midgets are now 22-8-5 in SCTA regular season games.

 

The Highlander goal scorers were Kevin Van Dyk, Brett Woods, Jed Ironmonger, Justin Ainslie, Nick Glassford and Kevin Czuczman.
