Fifteen Games in...
Fifteen games into the season with five wins and a tie the boys are starting to build confidence and gain momentum.

Heading into a three game weekend which has us play at home, Saturday against the Oakville Rangers and travel to Welland to face the South Tier Admirals in a double header.  Both opponents are close in the standings and will be great test for the AM contracting Minor Peewee team.
The team has had a productive Fall on and off the ice, which includes a team building camp out in Chesley.  The boys had to face the elements in some of mother nature’s toughest conditions... not really, but they had a great time camping out in tents and had opportunity to get to know each other on a different level.  They also enjoyed a delicious breakfast, and later travelled to Brampton to defeat the the 45s 4-3. Success on all levels!
Players have been putting in extra effort in practice and Coaching staff has made adjustments to lines and positions. The team has done an excellent job in adjusting to any role they have been asked to fill. The commitment to the team has been exemplary.
We are looking forward to a upcoming tournament in Niagara in two weeks time when they face some of the top teams in the province.  We know it will be challenging, but see these as opportunities to build character and continue team development.
Once again thank you to all of our sponsors, fans and family as well as the GBH organization.  Without your support this would not be possible.

Carter Allen
Scott Carter and Chris Allen met as campers at Camp Queen Elizabeth on Georgian Bay in the 1980’s. They naturally fell into leadership roles and became camp councillors together until they graduated high school. Even today they are connected with CQE as they watch their own children become campers. Scott and Chris moved with their families to the Thornbury area in order to enjoy the more laid back and outdoor focused lifestyle. The area also provided an opportunity to use creativity and new technologies within their building practice and to be able to work with a unique client base who are also rooting here to enjoy the four season cottage life. The two partners have grown Carter Allen to be one of the most reputable home builders in the Georgian Triangle area within a very short time. They are proud of their superior quality and innovation and strive to always learn more through every project they are a part of. With Carter Allen as your lead, you will not be hiring a run of the mill contractor, you will become part of their respected team, during your project and for many years to come.
Nuclear Waste Management Organization
The Nuclear Waste Management Organization (NWMO) is responsible for designing and implementing Canada's plan for the safe, long-term management of used nuclear fuel. The plan, known as Adaptive Phased Management, requires used fuel to be contained and isolated in a deep geological repository. It also calls for a comprehensive process to select an informed and willing host for the project. The NWMO is a not-for profit organization established in 2002 by Canada’s nuclear electricity producers in accordance with the Nuclear Fuel Waste Act (NFWA). The founding members of the NWMO are Ontario Power Generation (OPG), New Brunswick Power Corporation, and Hydro-Québec (HQ). These organizations, along with Atomic Energy of Canada Limited (AECL), are mandated to fund our operations.
