This represents a record score on the plus side for this Grey Bruce age group (1998's). Points were well distributed amongst the Grey Bruce boys, showing a strong team effort and a willingness to take the puck to the net. Leading the way and hot off the SCTA All-Star game was Jordan Caskenette (Owen Sound) with a hat trick. Also of note was Alec Tiley (Shallow Lake) with his first goal of the season and assists on three others. Solid puck movement, fore checking and back checking paid off as the squad out shot and out scored their opponent.
Since the Christmas break, the boys have a record of 3-2-2 and are looking forward to the upcoming Wolves Cup Tournament in Lindsay, Ontario. Lets keep the momentum going through the tournament to the end of the year. Well done guys....
