Minor Bantams Post First Win of Season

The Garb & Gear Source for Sports Minor Bantams have struggled at the start of this season but have finally broke through and came up with their first win of the season.
The team came out strong last Sunday against the visiting Niagara Falls Canucks and scored two goals in the first period. This was the start of a very fast paced game with a solid performance by the whole team especially the goaltender.
Going into the third period the Highlanders were still ahead by a goal but by still playing hard came up with another goal and then an empty netter to make the final score 4-1.
Hopefully this is a start of a new streak for the team – winning streak!
