Grey Bruce Plays Brampton tough for the win, News, Major Bantam, 08-09 (Grey-Bruce Highlanders AAA Minor Hockey Association)

Leeder and Associates Grey Bruce Highlander Bantams played tough in Brampton . The boys came out hard and heavy playing the Brampton lot, hit for hit ,working hard for the puck . But it was not until late in the second that the effects were felt by Brampton when the Highlanders had a few odd man rushes .  Then finally Mitch Wright put one away in front off a shot from Kurtis MacDermid .
Then in the third they battled back and forth and in the last minute and a half Brampton pulled their goalie and suffered a insurance goal by Ian Nichols.  Jerred Kiss Play out standing between the pipes  Great job boys well rounded efford . Next Game in StCatherines Sun Nov 30th .
